Direct Care Support Staff

The role provides round-the-clock, short‑term intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in the Crisis Residential Program. Working overnight shifts, the staff member ensures a safe therapeutic environment, medication compliance, and assists clients with appointments and daily living skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
