Direct Care Worker

The Direct Care Worker provides a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment for children and youth in the Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center. This role involves overseeing the care, development, and guidance of dependent and traumatized youth while ensuring their social, emotional, and medical needs are met. The position requires close supervision of residents, assistance with daily activities, and participation in crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts.
