Direct Debit Controller

The Direct Debit Controller will take ownership of Direct Debit processing for Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks, ensuring accurate and timely collections while managing customer and dealer accounts. This role involves processing collections via the Bacs system, resolving account queries, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations. The position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in financial systems to support efficient credit control and payment administration.
