Direct Service Worker

This role involves collaborating with the RN and Residence Manager to coordinate and schedule medical appointments, ensuring compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies. The position requires managing medication administration, maintaining medical documentation, and assisting with daily living activities and household tasks for individuals in care. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a valid NYS Driver’s License, and comprehensive knowledge of OPWDD regulations.
