Direct Support Mentor / FT / Ridgeley Oak

The Direct Support Mentor provides mentorship, training, and leadership to Direct Support Employees while assisting individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges in residential and day settings. This role involves supporting personal goals, ensuring staff coverage, and promoting dignity, choice, and quality of life for those served. The mentor also assists with environmental assessments, maintenance, and training in self-medication administration according to company policy.
