Direct Support Mentor- Rayside

The Direct Support Mentor provides mentorship, training, and leadership to Direct Support Employees while assisting individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges in achieving their personal goals. This role involves supporting daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment within residential and day settings. The mentor collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to implement person-centered plans and addresses the unique needs of each individual served.
