About this role
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at YAI provide hands-on support and supervision to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chelsea, Manhattan. DSPs work in residences, family homes, day habilitation centers, and community settings to help individuals live, learn, work, and participate in their communities. Positions are available on full-time and part-time schedules, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
