Direct Support Professional (CLS)

A Direct Support Professional in the Community Living Services program provides ongoing guidance and personal care to individuals with intellectual and other disabilities. The role focuses on promoting independence through support with self-care routines, household chores, health management, socialization, and community integration. Staffers assist with medication administration, implement treatment plans, and often mentor new team members while collaborating on inter-disciplinary service goals.
