Direct Support Professional (CLS)

A Community Living Services Associate supports individuals with intellectual and other disabilities to maintain a high quality of life through guidance in self-care, health, safety, and household chores. The role involves implementing treatment plans, preparing meals, administering medication, and ensuring residents become active community members while following agency policies. Staff also provide transportation, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and mentor new Direct Support Staff to foster independence and well-being.
