Direct Support Professional - Commhab

This role provides ongoing training and personal assistance to Community Habilitation participants with disabilities to promote independence and community inclusion. The position involves working with minimal supervision to deliver individualized support, structured routines, and specialized assistance based on each participant's habilitation plan. The Direct Support Professional fosters autonomy while collaborating with supervisors, co-workers, and community service providers to meet program needs.
