About this role
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at YAI provide hands-on support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Queens, helping them live, learn, work, and participate in their communities. The role involves working in people’s homes, family homes, YAI residences, day habilitation centers, and community settings. This position supports YAI’s mission as part of a large nonprofit provider of services for individuals with I/DD.
