The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides hands-on support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote independent living, community integration, and overall well-being. The role is part-time (Friday–Saturday nights) based in Rockland County and supports person-centered care in home and community settings. This position is with YAI, a nonprofit network offering services across ages for people with developmental disabilities.
