A Direct Support Professional (DSP) role based in Queens supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, work, learn, and engage in their communities. The position is part of YAI’s mission-driven human services work, serving people across homes, YAI residences, day habilitation centers, and community settings. This is a part-time weekend role focused on providing person-centered support and enabling community integration.
