Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Dietary Lead

The Dietary Lead ensures the delivery of safe, nutritious, and high-quality food services that comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations in an ICF/IID setting. This role bridges culinary execution with clinical safety and person-centered advocacy, working closely with a consulting Registered Dietitian and Direct Support Professionals to support individual choices and active treatment goals through dining. The position involves managing the kitchen, assisting with household maintenance, and supporting individuals with activities of daily living and program implementation.
