Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional provides direct care and supportive services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them develop daily living skills, promote independence, and engage in community activities while ensuring their health, safety, and well‑being. The role involves assisting with medication reminders, mobility, personal care, therapy exercises, light housekeeping, and reporting any incidents to healthcare professionals and family members.
