Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional serves as the primary frontline caregiver in Community Living homes, implementing Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans to ensure the safety, supervision, and meaningful engagement of individuals served. This role requires active participation in daily routines, assistance with activities of daily living, and collaboration with clinical teams to deliver evidence-based interventions. The position is safety-sensitive and demands consistent adherence to care protocols, documentation standards, and behavioral support strategies.
