Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to join their residential team in Peabody, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes across the North Shore. The role involves providing direct care, promoting independence, and assisting with daily living activities to help residents live inclusive and independent lives. This part-time position requires working awake overnight shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
