Direct Support Professional - DSP

The Direct Support Professional provides compassionate, person-centered care and support to adults with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities in an adult day program. The role focuses on promoting independence, community inclusion, and personal growth by assisting with daily activities, life skills, and recreational programming. This position ensures a safe and supportive environment while helping participants achieve their individualized goals.
