Direct Support Professional I (DSPI)

The Phoenix team is recruiting a full-time Direct Support Professional I to provide direct and indirect support with daily living activities, community integration, and skill development while promoting dignity, choice, and self-advocacy. The role involves supporting individuals experiencing developmental disabilities and/or mental illnesses in various community and home settings, including de-escalation when necessary. This position requires evening and weekend availability and a valid Alaska driver's license with an insured vehicle.
