Direct Support Professional I - Flex

The Direct Support Professional I partners with a team of skilled professionals and families to provide family-driven, youth-guided, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services to help youth reach their full potential. This role creates a safe, nurturing, and peaceful environment that provides opportunities for the successful development of life skills and social skills for youth and families receiving services. The position involves providing supervision, care, and support to individuals, including assisting with daily living skills, monitoring emotional and behavioral status, and administering medications. The role also requires building professional relationships with peers and families, completing required documentation, and participating in staff training initiatives.
