About this role
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Genesee Lake School provides individualized, 1:1 supervision and therapeutic support to students in an intensive behavioral program. The role supports students in residential, educational, and community settings and works closely with therapists and educators to promote stabilization, skill-building, and successful transition to less intensive programs.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

- 40-Hour Behavioral Tech Training

- Minimum 1 Year Experience with Developmental Disabilities or Behavioral Challenges
