Direct Support Professional (Residential)

A Direct Support Professional provides essential care and guidance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism to foster independence. The role involves assisting with daily living skills, preparing meals, administering medications, and facilitating community engagement within a safe, supportive environment. Candidates will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities to advance their careers through the LEAP Program.
