Development Workshop, Inc. (DWI) is an Idaho-based nonprofit developmental disability agency dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through vocational training, independent living skills, and personalized employment services that promote greater independence and inclusion. With offices in Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and Salmon, DWI offers services including community employment, extended work services, life skills training, and business solutions such as janitorial, manufacturing, and staffing services. Operating since the early 1970s, DWI is a 501(c)(3) organization that also partners with local employers across Eastern Idaho to create meaningful work opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
