Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at YAI provide hands-on support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across residential and community settings, promoting independence, health, and inclusion. Positions are available in Southern Nassau County (Hicksville, Levittown, Old Bethpage, Merrick, Seaford) with full-time and part-time shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
