About this role
Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring two 1:1 Direct Support Professionals to provide in-person support for individuals with developmental disabilities in non-group home, community-based settings. Positions cover day, evening, and weekend shifts and are offered as full-time, part-time, or contract roles with schedules up to 30 hours per week. Work requires regular onsite presence and travel to community activities.
