About this role
Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide 1:1 community-based support for a young man in his 20s on day shifts (9am–3pm), approximately 17 hours per week. The role is non-group-home and requires reliable transportation and internet/tablet access for communication.
