Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Nanuet, Rockland County. Work occurs in homes, YAI residences, day habilitation centers, and community settings to help individuals live, work, learn, and participate in their communities. The role supports independence and inclusion while representing YAI's mission-driven nonprofit services.
