Direct Support Professional

The role provides supervision, training, and assistance with daily living activities for two young adults with brain injury and other neurological disabilities. Work includes helping with self‑care, social, recreation, community, and domestic skills on a per‑diem schedule, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays. The position requires a valid NY driver’s license, a vehicle, and the ability to lift 50 lb.
