Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals empower individuals with functional, cognitive, and physical or mental health needs to achieve personal goals and live independently within Home and Community-Based Services settings. The role involves collaborating with care teams to develop individualized support plans, implement behavioral strategies, and provide safe, respectful care in home and community environments. Employees are responsible for accurate documentation, medication administration, and advocating for the dignity and self-determination of those served.
