Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, behavioral health needs, and/or physical disabilities. This role assists individuals in achieving independence, maintaining health and safety, and participating in their communities while ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies. The position involves promoting dignity, choice, and respect while supporting daily living activities and community inclusion.
