Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals work to empower adults with differences to live a more independent life within a day program setting. Under the direction of a Lead DSP, staff members create a welcoming and productive environment of learning for participants while helping them reach their goals. The role involves providing supervision, training, and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster their independence and skill development.
