Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional works within a team approach to deliver Community Based Services under the Waiver program for the Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services. This full-time role involves supporting individuals with disabilities to foster independence, acquire social skills, and maintain a safe, person-centered care environment. The position requires transporting individuals in a wheelchair-accessible van and assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and community outings.
