Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional provides essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and communicate primarily through American Sign Language. This role operates within an Intermediate Care Facility setting, focusing on supporting individuals with medically complex needs while ensuring effective communication, safety, and quality of life. The position requires fluency in ASL to facilitate daily needs, healthcare coordination, and community engagement.
