Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional provides individualized care and active treatment to residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their development. The role involves participating in structured and unstructured activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and well-being. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, overnights, and weekends on a PRN basis.
