The Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Relief provides variable-hour, as-needed coverage across STRiVE vocational and day program settings and in the community. This role supports the health, safety, rights, and independence of individuals while assisting with vocational coaching, personal care, and program operations. Relief staff may be assigned to different programs based on staffing needs and must follow program-specific routines and documentation expectations.
