Chrysalis
Chrysalis is seeking part‑time direct support staff to assist individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a host home setting. The role involves providing daily living support, supervising activities, ensuring safety, and facilitating community outings while following person‑centered plans and documentation requirements.
Chrysalis provides intermitent or 24 hour care for people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a residential program as well as a foster family option complete with day services, behavioral, nursing, activity planning, and other services. We also offer ABA services for children and adolescents with Autism.
