Direct Support Supervisor

The Direct Support Supervisor at RHA Health Services oversees residential homes and supervises direct support staff who work with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and those facing mental health or substance use challenges. The role supports the organization's mission to provide a safe, healthy environment and to help individuals achieve personal outcomes. The supervisor ensures staff compliance with policies, assists with implementation of Individual Support Plans, and represents the organization in the residential setting.
