Direct Tax Manager

The Direct Tax Manager will oversee direct tax accounting and compliance for Omnissa's international group, managing 20+ legal entities and assisting in the implementation of global processes like Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting. This role involves collaborating with finance teams and external advisors to ensure accurate statutory and tax compliance while driving process improvements. The position offers an opportunity to influence compliance processes early in their development and support special projects such as entity rationalization and cross-border transactions.
