Directional Drill Operator Superintendent

Glass Roots Construction is seeking an experienced Directional Drill Operator Superintendent to lead and build its self-performed horizontal directional drilling program. The role involves operating a drill rig, training operators, and eventually leading multiple drill crews to support the company's goal of performing the majority of its construction work in-house. This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality in fiber optic utility construction.
