The Director, Accounting Global Process Owner serves as the enterprise thought leader and primary point of accountability for global accounting process strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. This role shapes the long-term evolution of Nordson’s global accounting processes and controllership capabilities, establishing the vision, strategy, and governance required to create scalable, integrated, technology-enabled accounting processes. The position advises senior finance leadership, leads multidisciplinary initiatives, and influences senior leaders to align priorities and adopt new ways of working.
