Director, Accounting Policy

The Director, Accounting Policy leads interpretation and application of global accounting policies and standards for the company, monitoring emerging financial and reporting issues and assessing their impact on operations and disclosures. This role collaborates closely with the Vice President, Financial Reporting and senior leadership to draft and update accounting policies, provide technical accounting conclusions, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. The Director is a visible, cross-functional advisor who develops relationships across finance and business teams to support complex transactions and compliance with accounting guidance.
