Director, Accounting

As a Director of Accounting, you will lead the finance team at AGC Biologics' Copenhagen site, ensuring integrity in financial reporting and driving technical accounting excellence. You will manage statutory compliance under IFRS and Danish regulations, oversee internal controls including J-SOX, and potentially lead transactional services for payroll, payables, and receivables. This hands-on leadership role involves mentoring staff, executing month-end closes, and partnering with global teams on consolidation and intercompany transactions.
