About this role

The Director, Affiliate Growth leads business development and provider recruitment efforts to expand NeueHealth’s portfolio of value-based care contracts, including Medicare ACOs, ACA Marketplace, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage. This role drives strategic growth by identifying and executing opportunities to recruit independent primary care practices into NeueHealth’s affiliate network across new and existing markets.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field8+ years of experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, sales, or strategic partnerships3+ years of experience managing or mentoring team members (formal or informal leadership)Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales or partnership pipelineAbility and willingness to travel within assigned markets up to 60%
