Director, AI & Data Science

The Director, AI & Data Science leads the strategy, development, and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI solutions across CSL Behring’s Commercial, Medical, and Market Access divisions. This role partners with senior stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable AI capabilities that improve decision-making, accelerate insight generation, and drive measurable business impact. The position is responsible for building the operating model, governance framework, and adoption strategy required to responsibly scale AI and data science across the organization.
