About this role

The Director, AI First Enterprise Architecture leads the definition and ownership of JSSI's enterprise architecture vision, focusing on AI‑first, agentic engineering models. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering & AI Transformation, the role sets reference architectures, API standards, and architectural guardrails, chairs the Architecture Review Board, and guides a team of AI Solution Architects. Success is measured by consistency, security, scalability, and the rapid adoption of proven patterns across the organization.

Responsibilities

Define and own AI‑first enterprise architecture vision and standards
Chair the Architecture Review Board to enforce shared standards
Lead and mentor AI Solution Architects across engineering verticals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
