About this role

The Director, AI Governance & Risk will lead the development and implementation of Simpson Thacher’s AI governance framework, ensuring responsible, ethical, secure, and compliant use of artificial intelligence across the firm. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this senior leader will collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, technology, and business teams to assess and mitigate AI-related risks throughout the AI lifecycle and advise senior leadership on AI risk and governance matters.
