About this role
The Director, AI Initiatives, Canadian Operations will lead the development and implementation of AI strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and transformation across Sun Life Canada’s operations. The role partners with senior leaders, the Data COE and external partners to prioritize high-impact AI opportunities, ensure alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory/ethical standards, and transition AI solutions from proof-of-concept to business-as-usual. The Director will act as a bridge between business, technology, vendors and compliance to unlock competitive advantage and measurable business outcomes.
