About this role
The Director, AI Products will lead MERGE’s company-wide effort to shift to an AI-first operating model, acting as a hybrid Product Director and internal founder. They will head the AI Garage, shape strategy and vision for an "AI Operating System," collaborate with engineering to build and validate AI solutions using MERGE as the first customer, and drive commercialization of internal tools into market-ready SaaS products.
