The Director, AI Products will lead MERGE’s initiative to transform the company to an AI-first operating system and act as a hybrid Product Director and internal founder within the AI Garage. This leader will partner with executive leadership to shape vision and roadmap, validate internal AI-driven tools, and work with engineering to transition prototypes into scalable products with commercial potential. The role focuses on driving adoption internally and preparing validated solutions for market launch while balancing operational efficiency and SaaS opportunities.
