About this role

The Director, AI Security Enablement leads ABM's enterprise AI security strategy, embedding security into artificial intelligence, machine learning, and agentic AI across the business. This role involves building and developing a team of AI/ML security specialists, establishing governance frameworks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure secure AI adoption while mitigating emerging risks. The position requires hands-on expertise in traditional cybersecurity and modern AI security, including large language models and autonomous agent architectures.
